Swati Kumar, OD

Dr. Swati Kumar earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, where she worked with Dr. Christine Sindt, the inventor of EyePrint Prosthetics technology. After graduation, she continued at the University of Iowa's Department of Ophthalmology as a clinical technician before starting her academic career at the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Kumar graduated with high honors in 2018 and then completed a residency in primary care with an emphasis in cornea and specialty contact lenses at Nova Southeastern University.

Since then, Dr. Kumar has joined EyePrint Prosthetics as the Staff Optometrist at the Lakewood, CO office and serves as the company's Medical Science Liaison. She has also operated her own private sublease at a boutique clinic, worked as adjunct faculty teaching contact lens clinics at Pacific University College of Optometry, and practiced in several specialty contact lens clinics alongside ophthalmology in Texas and Colorado.
