Ross Gallacher

Ross Gallacher joined Contamac Ltd as an Account Manager in 2023. He oversees many of our global territories - from accounts within the UK to as far as Australia! He enjoys helping our customers to grow within their own regions, whilst also educating the global market about the latest material innovations, and their role in improving patient outcomes. 

For over 35 years, Contamac has manufactured contact and intraocular lens materials, and has been a leading innovator of specialist polymers and biocompatible materials for medical applications. The flagship line of Optimum® GP materials features a wide range of oxygen permeabilities and excellent wettability to suit a variety of indications and contact lens modalities, including the addition of the new Optimum Infinite Orthokeratology Lens II approval in 2026. Additionally, Contamac Solutions offers products that are complimentary to contact lens wear and eyecare, including HyClear™, a .01% hypochlorous acid solution for daily eyelid hygiene, and the ScleralEase multi-functional scleral lens application and removal tool.
