Megan Watters, OD
CPT Megan Watters is the current two-year combined master’s in health administration (MHA)/Primary Care Optometry Residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. She graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2019 and her first duty station was Fort Irwin, CA. While at Fort Irwin, CA CPT Watters organized and executed COVID-19 mass testing for the National Training Center to ensure rotational units were able to continue training. Since starting her residency, she has completed a humanitarian mission in Rio Grande Valley and a military medicine humanitarian course. She is passionate about medical contact lenses and hopes to become a skilled fitter from her residency program. In her free time CPT Watters enjoys chasing after her rambunctious two-year-old, Emma, and cuddling with her baby, Titus.
