“My name is Megan Patterson and I’m from Waco, Texas. I went to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where I majored in Neuroscience and began my lifelong obsession with SEC sports. I attended optometry school at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and am currently the cornea and contact lens resident at Southern College of Optometry back in the wonderful state of Tennessee. Some fun facts about me are that I went to the Junior Olympics for fencing, I have a miniature dachshund named Pia (yes, after Pia Mater), and my favorite thing to do is swim in the ocean.”
