Maddison "Maddi" Fortman, OD

My name is Maddi Fortman, and I am the resident at the Havener Eye Institute. I am originally from Fort Loramie, Ohio, and completed my undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University before earning my Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University. In my free time I enjoy exploring new restaurants and bars in Columbus, reading, and spending time with my dog, Bailey. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
