Kateryna Sanders, OD

Kateryna Sanders received her bachelor’s degree from Washington and Jefferson College and her doctorate from Salus University. She was one of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's (UPMC) inaugural optometry residents specializing in low vision care and ocular disease. During her training, she found a special interest in specialty contact lenses and now splits her time as a faculty member of UPMC in the specialty lens clinic and low vision department training optometry students, optometry residents, and ophthalmology residents. Kateryna lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and their Italian greyhound spending their free time salsa dancing and going to see lives shows in the cultural district.
