Jack Rouleau, OD

Jack grew up about 45 minutes northwest of Chicago in Lake Zurich, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed optometry school at Indiana University School of Optometry. Jack is eager for the upcoming college football season (go Badgers and Ole Miss!) as well as hike and play baseball once the Arizona summer cools off.
