CharliRae is from nearby Creswell, OR. She started in Customer Service for Valley Contax in January 2014 and joined the consulting team in the fall of that same year. CharliRae loves the challenge and constant evolution of the contact lens industry. She's found it a rewarding experience getting to know all the different doctors and residents that we work with and building relationships with them. She loves hearing that she makes their jobs fun and easy! CharliRae is NCLE Certified and has taken on extending roles at Valley Contax in Product Development and more recently as the leader of the Professional Services Department to help in providing the best experience from the moment you make contact with us.
