Amber Naqvi, OD

I graduated from the New England College of Optometry and began my career practicing in nonprofit and community-based clinics. Over time, my desire to further specialize led me to pursue residency training, and I recently completed residency in Ocular Disease and Vision Rehabilitation. My interest in specialty contact lenses was reignited while managing anterior segment cases at The Chicago Lighthouse. This experience inspired me to pursue further training. I am currently a Fellow at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary, with a particular interest in the essential role of specialty contact lenses in vision rehabilitation. Outside of optometry, I really enjoy painting and have a lot of fun exploring and refining my technique.
